We cannot believe that tomorrow is the last day of 2018.... W H A T ? 

This year has flown by! And as we reflect on all our wonderful couples & weddings from 2018 we can't help but smile. So many incredible couples said "I Do" and trusted US to capture it all. We are so blessed! We can't thank you all enough for trusting us.

Now.. welcome to the Tagtow Wedding blog!

In October we traveled to El Dorado, KS for a beautiful wedding at a beautiful venue called The Red Rooster Reception Hall. It was our first time at this venue (2018 was full of firsts for venues) and we absolutely loved it! The owners were great to work with and the space was gorgeous! Also, hands down some of the best food we've ever had! Our mouth is watering just thinking about it ;)

Amanda & Anthony filled their day with family, friends, bright yellow sunflowers, and lots of L-O-V-E :) Since their engagement session we knew these two were very much in love and SO cute together!! Amanda & Anthony are so much fun to be around. They are both so incredibly nice and instantly make you feel like you've known them forever! And Anthony's best man was his dog... I mean, does it get any cuter than that?!

Matt, Shelby, & their wedding party were A LOT of fun! And this was our second time photographing a wedding at this venue. We loved getting to come back! It's such a beautiful place to get married. If you're looking for a venue, this is definitely a spot to check out! :)

Also, here's a fun fact for you.. Shelby got her dress off Etsy. SAY WHAT?! We truly couldn't believe it! It was the most beautiful dress and it fit her like a glove! She was a stunning bride.

Looks like Etsy might be a new great place to look for wedding dresses, ladies! ;)

R&B WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Due to the cold and rainy weather, they had to move their ceremony/reception inside. And even though we knew Scot and Charissa were a little bummed about moving it inside {they had planned on an all outdoor ceremony and reception} they didn't let that stop them from having the most amazing day! And the wedding was BEAUTIFUL! Plus.. rain on your wedding day means good luck! :)

Their ceremony had a special part where they gave their daughter's each a necklace. This family has SO MUCH love for each other. It was such a sweet moment to witness. We are so happy they chose R&B to capture their big day!

Last month we headed to Leon, Kansas for the Ribordy wedding at the beautiful Cardinal Creek Farm. This venue is SO PRETTY!! It was our first time there and we hope we get to go back someday! Hint Hint R&B brides ;)

Michael & Gabby are the sweetest couple. It has been so much fun getting to photograph their love for each other! From their engagement session to their big day, it's so obvious that these two are in looove! It was a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple and we are so happy that we got to witness it all. Also, Gabby's first look with her dad and brother will give you all the feels!!

R&B WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Last month we got to capture Ashley and Austin's big day at Baden Square in Winfield. These two are SO cute together. It's obvious how much they love each other, their family, friends, and of course Pokémon. ;) Everyone the entire day was so nice and we genuinely enjoyed every minute of this wedding!

One of the things that we really loved about Ashley & Austin's wedding was that they didn't have your average first dance. They surprised everyone with a super fun choreographed dance! And it included a solo performance from the groom that was HILARIOUS and full of Poké balls! Their whole reception was a blast and did we mention they had a TACO BAR? Um.... R&B is ALL about the tacos! ;)

Fun Fact: Ashley is actually Alex's sister! And if you just said to yourself "who is Alex?" well then.. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? ;) Alex Behrens is a local videographer that we (R&B) have teamed up with! We actually approached him at the Pond wedding about teaming up with us and we've been best friends ever since! Isn't it crazy how stuff works out sometimes?!

R&B WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Alyssa & Gage's reception was poppin'! We had SOOO much fun seeing all their guests dancing and having a great time. We got some pretty fun shots, too!! The decorations, desserts, food, everything was great! It was also the first time we had ever seen an Italian soda bar at a reception. Definitely a unique idea! They had any flavor you could think of and it was such a hit with their guests (and us!). Alyssa & Gage danced the night away with their family and friends and then ended with a sparkler exit! It was THE perfect ending to a perfect day. 

We're so happy we got to be a part of the Krebs Wedding.

R&B Traveled to the beautiful Silverthorne, Colorado for the Shook Wedding and it was UH-MAZING. This wedding was the farthest we've ever traveled to date (and it was Rylee's first time to Colorado, too!). We hope to be able to do some more out of state traveling in 2019!!

If you've seen our sneak peeks of the Shook Wedding on Facebook and Instagram, then you already know Zach, Abrianna and their two dogs are the cutest little family. They had a small, intimate ceremony up in the mountains with their closest family and friends there with them (and their dogs!). The view at the ceremony spot was breathtaking! And to top it all off, you could just feel all the love surrounding them as they became ONE. It was the perfect day for a perfect couple and we are so glad we got to witness and capture it all.

"The Mountains are calling and I must go..." 

We traveled to Atlanta, KS for their wedding {fun fact: Lacy grew up in Atlanta!} It was such a beautiful church and that ceiling was to die for! We could not get over how perfect it was. Lacy did an amazing job with decorating, too. Her colors popped and every detail was perfect! 

And can we talk about her dress for a second? I mean, WOW. She looked absolutely stunning. Just like a bride should! Her lace sleeves were so elegant and was definitely our favorite part of her dress. Of course her groom looked snazzy, too. He was also so laid back and fun that it made our jobs very easy!

We kicked off the 2018 Wedding season with the BEAUTIFUL Dowler wedding. As soon as we walked into the venue we were in awh! Kota + Riley's decorations were absolutely breathtaking and every detail was perfect! It's so obvious how much they love each other and it constantly showed throughout the day. You can't help but smile when you watch the two of them together! They also had the funniest bridal party ever! Every single one of them had us on our toes and always had us laughing. All the guests were so much fun, too. Just wait until you see their reception photos below. Did we mention it was SO MUCH FUN?! :)
